(نسیان، بھول جانا، بھلکڑ پن) Amnesia

Amnesia is actually not a disease. Generally it can be cured by the method of association of the things with your favourite one.

Causes:

• Weakness of brain
• Acute or Chronic Influenza
• Tensions
• Lack of attention and focus
• Lack of thinking
• Lack of interest

Treatment:

In unani system of medicine; combination of vitamins and brain powering herbs is useful for such conditions.

• Walnuts  - 5 counts (مغز اخروٹ)
• Almonds - 5 counts (مغز بادام)
• Pumpkin seeds - 5 grams (مغز کدو)
• Watermelon seeds - 5 grams (مغز تربوز)
• Dried Grapes - 7 counts (منقی یا کشمش)

 grind all of them and shallow fry in cooking oil and use as breakfast. Its a strongest brain tonic.

Hamdard's Majoon Nisyaan  5 grams in the morning and evening, use for 3 months with water (ہمدرد کی معجون نسیان)

Premature Hair turning Grey

Hair naturally turn grey with age; its normal. If hair are turning grey before 30s then it is a point to think about. In Unani System of Medicine we have a treatment for that. It can be genetic problem although its causes are as below

• Depression (تفکرات)
• Aggression (شدید غصہ)

Treatment:

In Unani System of Medicine there is a solution for this. Kushta Foulaad (کشتہ فولاد) one tablet or 5 grams plus Jwarish Jalenoos (جوارش جالینوس) one tea spoon or 10 grams. Eat both of these after breakfast and dinner for 40 consecutive days. Insha Allah your hair will be turning back black again. If you also have chronic influenza you may add Atrifal Ustokhuddos (اطریفل اسطخودوس) one table spoon or 10 grams before going to bed with slightly warm water.

4. 1 pinch salt (نمک)
5. 3 cups cold water(سادہ ٹھنڈا پانی)
6. 1 qt ice(برف کے ٹکڑے)
7. 1 basil leaves (garnish)

Preparation(بنانے کا طریقہ):

Blend Lemon Juice + Honey + Basil Leaves + Salt at high speed until fully blended. Stain away solid, add some ice cubes and garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy the drink while lowering your blood pressure.
